Q5. What is your delivery date?
A: Depending on the product. Samples or small quantities of orders can usually be completed within 10-30 days, and bulk orders vary according to customer conditions.
Shipment
Seaport: Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen or Guangzhou. All the items will be tested before shipment. All the goods are sent from China for now. All the orders will be shipped by DHL, TNT, FedEx, or by sea, by air, etc. Estimated Time of arrival is 5-10 days by express, 7-10 days by air or 10-60 days by sea. We can offer FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU or DDP service.

Aftersale services
- 1. We will not refund without reason.
- 2. If some items are damaged during delivery due to some objective reasons, we will not refund in full. But we can accept a partial refund to compensate the damaged part.
- 3. If the product has quality problems, you can take pictures and videos for us. When we confirm, we will provide the satisfactory solution and return the damaged parts.
- 4. If imitating a big brand product, please do not compare its quality with the original product. Because price determines quality.
